BORN Launches New Ecommerce Shop For Milk Makeup Featuring Shoppable Videos

BORN, an award-winning, global company that combines creative design, content production and ecommerce services, is thrilled to announce the successful launch of a new ecommerce shop for Milk Makeup that features a custom made immersion marketing experience: a never-before-seen shoppable video player.

With a one-click CTA from the new Milk Makeup homepage carousel users are transported to video product demonstrations. These shoppable videos display within the site’s actual pages, rather than in a disruptive pop-up or via a YouTube redirect.

A clickable time slider at the bottom of each video shows thumbnails of products as they are demonstrated, allowing users to fast forward, rewind, and shop from within the player itself.

To bolster SEO the shoppable videos are hosted on YouTube so that video views are counted towards YouTube plays, but YouTube watermarks are suppressed and Milk Makeup styling privileged so that the user journey remains as branded as possible.
