Job Title:  SOFTWARE DEVELOPER, APPLICATIONS

 

Job Duties:

Build on top of the OOTB recipes of SAP Cloud Commerce by adding customization for a functionality on storefront/occ as an addon and customization of services and facades as extensions

– Data migration by starting with the source schema analysis, data model mapping with SAP, data transformation, data logic to be applied based on certain business conditions, Extraction of data based on SQL scripts, transformation of data to CSV/Impex according to the target system

– Implementing the complex business rules using Java collections, multi-threading, Inheritance, Polymorphism and exception handling

– Developing GUI using JSP, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML and CSS

– Developing web services to allow communication between applications using SOAP web services

– Preparing estimates for the requested functionality and adjusting if any new request added after the design

– Developing the application using Spring framework for implementing IOC and JDBC by retrieving the inventory and the trade order details from the MSSQL database

– Creating test cases for the new functionality and regression testing on the existing functionality to make sure the existing functionalities are not broken because of the new code

– Performing end to end testing of the entire application before every release

– Junit framework for unit testing of the application

– Configuring and controlling the version of the code using SVN

– Involving in requirement gathering along with QA and BA via planning meeting and raised questions to make sure the requirement is clear.

 

Requirements: MS in Computer Science, and 12 months exp in job offered or as Application Architect V, or Application Programmer V.

 

Hours: 40/week, Mon. to Fri., 9:00AM to 6:00PM

 

Salary: $ 96,595.00/Year
