Job Duties: Elicit and document techno-functional requirements for Salesforce-based systems. Create business process flow diagrams using MS Visio, IBM BPM. Expertise in using Jira to manage user story lifecycle. Proficiency in configuration within Salesforce ecosystem to train and help clients. Drive UAT handoff and acceptance from clients.

Requirements: Master's Degree in Business Administration and 12 months experience in the job offered or in related occupation of Business Analyst.

Hours: 40 hrs/wk, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: $92,269.00 /per year
