Fraser Hart sought to migrate to the Magento 2 platform and simultaneously reimagine their online presence through unique integrations, personalization attributes, special features, and more.

Multiple Natori brands with varying price points had to live together on the new site, which posed a challenge as to how we would approach the Information Architecture on the site.

We took a modular approach to the design, allowing Natori to easily move around modules as needed on the back end. We ensured that the redesign gave Natori the opportunity to showcase their beautiful imagery and video throughout the site.

BORN created a fragrance profiling tool that allows users to narrow down fragrances to find their perfect scent. This created a dynamic level of personalization reflective of the brand’s personal service in offline environments.

Product Detail

While capturing the brand story was pivotal, each fragrance also required incredible detail to tell their own story. A unique design convention identifying the “notes” of each fragrance gave users compelling reasons to purchase.

Resources, technology, processes, and workflows were aligned across Sotheby’s delivery centers enabling real-time visibility of projects. We defined and implemented globally-aligned production schedules with strict quality metrics.

Outcome

BORN established a total of 31 dedicated product photography studios manned by highly-seasoned expert photographers. From these studios BORN services 90 Sotheby’s locations across 40 countries, delivers a minimum of 250,000 high-quality images yearly.
