Based in London, Orlebar Brown launched in March 2007 as a more tailored approach to men’s beach and swim shorts. Not so much a swim short but a ‘short you can swim in’, offering something you can wear on the beach, by the pool and then smart enough to go and have a drink or lunch.
Born was commissioned to handle Orlebar Brown’s seasonal capture requirements, including schedule management, with each campaign requiring approximately 1,000 shots in total. The brief for the look and feel was to resonate with the brand’s ethos – that of being intrinsically British but ultimately International. The client’s quality requirement was incredibly high and the corresponding results were exceptional.
