Salvatore Ferragamo needed to create a multi-channel experience as a way to engage with its customers. Something that linked the offline to the online, and appeal to a younger audience yet retain its heritage.
Working with the brand for over 7 seasons, BORN created a unique experience through a best-of-breed e-commerce experience through to the award-winning outfit builder (Style Yourself) where users spent an average of 8 minutes engaging with the collection, sharing on social media and pre-ordering. The tool was later expanded to be used in-store with sales associates and their clients.
