The Tata Group, a global conglomerate with operations in over 100 countries approached BORN to design a multi-brand (B2C) curated marketplace in India. There was a need to provide a differentiated ecommerce experience to support Tata’s strong offline presence in the market.
BORN worked with the Tata Group to create an engaging, delightful customer experience and a responsive design interface. We chose a seamless integrated creative approach that connects offline and online assets (stores, warehouse, supply chain etc.) with initiatives such as click & collect, ship from store, returns to store, pay in store etc. BORN also helped conceptualize and design the Luxury business section on TataCliq.com.
