  •  BORN are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their award winning team.
     
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Writing and posting job descriptions according to company needs & desired skill
  • CV screening
  • Sourcing potential candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms on local and international markets
  • Ensuring there are enough candidates in the pipeline
  • Crafting and sending personalized recruiting messages to passive candidates
  • Performing pre-screening calls and interviewing candidates
  • Scheduling calls with managers, team members
  • Maintaining weekly reports structure
         
  • SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
  •  
  • At least 2 years of experience with CX / technical recruitment & headhunting.
  • Ability to talk to people from different cultures, with different backgrounds and personalities.
  • Proficient written and spoken English language skills.
  • Punctuality with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in completing tasks.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
  • Positive thinking.
