TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
- BORN are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their award winning team.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Writing and posting job descriptions according to company needs & desired skill
- CV screening
- Sourcing potential candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms on local and international markets
- Ensuring there are enough candidates in the pipeline
- Crafting and sending personalized recruiting messages to passive candidates
- Performing pre-screening calls and interviewing candidates
- Scheduling calls with managers, team members
- Maintaining weekly reports structure
- SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of experience with CX / technical recruitment & headhunting.
- Ability to talk to people from different cultures, with different backgrounds and personalities.
- Proficient written and spoken English language skills.
- Punctuality with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and professionalism in completing tasks.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- Positive thinking.
