- 8+ years as a Project Manager in an eCommerce Domain
- Experience in Project discussion with clients from both onsite and offshore
- Must have implemented projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience in scrum features and practices
- Excellent working knowledge in Agile engineering practices TDD, Continuous integration, extreme programming
- Ability to support technical teams – code review, design evolution process, code deployment process
- Must have wider knowledge in Agile flavors, Scrum benefits and Scrum ceremonies
- Possess good experience in Scrum advanced process such as Release planning, poker estimation, sprint planning, velocity improvement measure, agile/scrum metrics & reports
- Understanding of story creation process
- Ability to manage multiple & cross-functional teams
- Understanding of day to day responsibilities
- Ability to coach/groom team members
- Worked on any ALM tools
