Title: Senior Account Manager
A Senior Account Manager at BORN typically works across one or more clients, across one or more sectors. You would manage the client relationship to ensure that communication runs smoothly and that we are offering our services wherever they create value for the client. You would have daily contact with the client, contributing strategic and business-oriented ideas as well as ensuring key information around tactical delivery is reaching the right people. You would work hand in hand with the project management team to ensure we are delivering according to the commitments we have made.
Expected experience: 7+ years in a full-service agency
  ·       Identifying business opportunities for BORN with existing clients
·       Day to day provision of information to clients
·       Running and managing of proposals, contracts and pitches for the client
·       Soliciting and managing client feedback
·       Regular communication to clients at both project and senior level
·       Working with project managers to ensure delivery is in-line with client expectations
·       Manage client budgets to deliver value in line with strategic objectives
·       Providing clear forecast of revenue monthly and being on top of delivered margins
·       Managing invoicing in line with agreed contracts
·       Using your people management skills to get the most out of the team but also manage clients’ expectations around change and scope management
