BackgroundBig Bus Tours is the largest operator of open-top sightseeing experiences in the world, with a presence in 18 cities across three continents. Each open-top bus tour provides a hop-on, hop-off facility at a variety of interesting locations and offers additional complementary experiences for each city tour.
BriefBORN was approached to transform Big Bus Tours online customer journey for their worldwide customers. This included a complete redesign of their global website, online booking platform, and content across 18 cities.

Our ApproachWe designed and built a fully responsive, multi-language, a multi-currency website on Magento 2 to inspire customers to take a tour, sell tickets, provide city information, and upsell attractions.
Creating the adventure
Our goal was to create an immersive online adventure for customers, ensuring they were inspired with engaging content and educational information while planning their trips. We assisted in creating a new digital strategy, designed a digital style guide, produced & curated new content, all within a seamless UX journey.
