BackgroundJaspal Group is a national leader with 16 home and lifestyle products brands, which includes the manufacturing and retail of the most popular and dynamic Thai ready-to-wear fashion lines. Jaspal has over 350 fashion retail stores in Thailand as well as 3 home décor and furnishing stores.
BriefAs a growing fashion retail group, Jaspal tasked BORN to conduct a creative and technical discovery for its top brand, CPS CHAPS, which required a full redesign and re-platform.
GoalsCreate a more unified UI & UX experience to increase online sales, ensure the sites are easy to navigate and mobile-friendly, create real-time connectivity to the ERP system.
Staying True to the BrandWe completely revamped the visual experience on site, making it feel more updated and true to the CPS CHAPS brand, whose mission is to empower the spirit that makes their customers unique.
The ChallengeThe previous site experience lacked mobile-friendliness, so it was imperative for us to take a mobile-first approach to the redesign. UI & UX were not consistent across all pages, leading to low site traffic.
With bold, high-resolution imagery, products are the heroes of every page. We created flexible modules that help CPS CHAPS elevate their campaigns and put forth new collections without reinventing the entire website.
